I measure success through a combination of both qualitative and quantitative metrics. This includes user satisfaction, task success rates, usability metrics (such as time on task and error rates), and behavioral insights, such as how users navigate the product.
I also track engagement, retention, and user feedback to understand how well the product meets user needs and identify areas for improvement.
These metrics help ensure that the solutions I create effectively address user problems and deliver a positive experience.
